I offer sliding scale rates on a limited basis depending on your circumstances.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I am not an in-network provider with any private insurance programs at this time. However, many insurance providers do allow for at least partial coverage for out-of-network psychologists. I will fill out forms and provide you with whatever assistance I can in helping you receive the benefits to which you are entitled; however, you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full and timely payment of my fees. It is a good idea to contact your insurance provider prior to starting therapy in order to request information about your out-of-network benefits.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

A typical therapy session is 45 minutes long. Initial consultations are 60 minutes long.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

You can leave a confidential voicemail at 917-972-2733 or submit a request via the website here. I typically return calls and inquiries within 24 hours or the next business day for messages left over the weekend. Please make sure to include your phone number with the best times to call in the message.

WHAT IS THE FEE AND HOW DO I PAY?

I will discuss my fees during the initial phone or email contact. Appointments must be paid for on the date of service by check, cash, or credit card. I will provide you with an invoice that you can submit for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid charge. I keep a copy of your credit card on file in the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation.
